Parallax has a small-enough client base that we can offer immediate hands-on service. Most of our clients establish a free account with Dropbox.com, so that updates or other documents can be exchanged instantly. Once the Parallax Solutions Platform is running at your shop, any software issue, including re-installation or specific configuration changes, will be given the highest priority. Changes can be sent to you via e-mail, Dropbox, or by allowing remote access to your desktop.
