The TradeStation platform was chosen as a host for Parallax products because of its simple and powerful add-on interface. Our products are written in C and C++ programming languages, and then tied to TradeStation through their Easy Language interface.
Backtesting & Trade Automation
TradeStation allows users to create "strategies" which, when added to a price chart, create buy and sell signals. Both current and historical signals are shown on the price charts, along with a complete performance analysis. Parallax is able to create and test its indicators and create custom products easily and instantly visualize the results on financial charts.
