Custom Report Delivery

Our managers determine the content, frequency and delivery method for their custom reports. One format that is especially popular is an e-mail with links to a spreadsheet file. The body of the e-mail is duplicated in the spreadsheet. This makes archiving and future analysis easier. We are beginning to experiment with text message alerts through our partner ChaosMonitor site, and direct client file transfer through Dropbox.com.
